Nevermind the Bollocks, here's Facebook, with an R.

I know, you may well be reading this because you found it on Farcebook. So I'm not talking about Farcebook per se. It's probably applies to all social media. (And breakfast TV) But finding bollocks on Farcebook is just about the easiest thing to do.
I'm busy turning into a grumpy old fart. (Interestingly my mobile autocorrects fart to Gary, just saying). I of course I see loads of genuinely good, friendly stuff, but I chuckle at the left wing/right wing bollocks. There's probably more posts on Farcebook about free school meals than kids that have free school meals. Interestingly it's not been an issue over the past 50 odd years since I had them.
At least we've all forgotten about Black/All lives matter. It's too cold and wet to continue complaining. We need to wait till next summer. I could continue. At least we all have our filtering mechanisms.
So, after my difficult day yesterday I filtered out this and thought here's something on Farcebook that I can actually hang my hat on.
"Today was a Difficult Day," said Pooh.
There was a pause.
"Do you want to talk about it?" asked Piglet.
"No," said Pooh after a bit. "No, I don't think I do."
"That's okay," said Piglet, and he came and sat beside his friend.
"What are you doing?" asked Pooh.
"Nothing, really," said Piglet. "Only, I know what Difficult Days are like. I quite often don't feel like talking about it on my Difficult Days either.
"But goodness," continued Piglet, "Difficult Days are so much easier when you know you've got someone there for you. And I'll always be here for you, Pooh."
And as Pooh sat there, working through in his head his Difficult Day, while the solid, reliable Piglet sat next to him quietly, swinging his little legs...he thought that his best friend had never been more right."
A.A. Milne
I have lots of Piglets. In fact I have a veritable farrow/litter/squeal of piglets. If you've read this far then you're probably one.
Also if you're still reading you need to know I also think no kids should go hungry and black lives do matter. So there.
Clearly I'm feeling a bit better (and less of a grumpy old Gary) after more than 8 hours sleep.

It looks like it's going to be a Blustery day on Thursday but undeterred the walk is still happening.
