Good morning Facebook chums

Star date 19

I don't know about you but when I go away for any length of time on my return I look out for changes in the area I live. I seem to be experiencing an extreme version of "What's changed?". In the space of just 5 weeks I've arrived in a strange land. 5 weeks ago on this very day I visited the Royal Cornwall Hospital in fine health to hear I needed a fairly urgent operation. 10 days later I had a nasty time bomb removed. 5 weeks on, (18 days post op) I'm only at the beginning of my convalescence. If I'm going to have to take it easy, stay off work and focus on getting back to full health there seems to be no better time. And when I finally get back in to checking out "What's changed?" I think I'm going to find the "World's changed"

Yesterday I had a miserable day. Didn't feel at all well. Stayed in bed all morning and lurked about in my dressing gown for the rest of the day. Usually after I have a lethargic day I go to bed and have a crappy nights sleep. But not last night, I seemed to have slept like a log. So in order to provide today with some excitement I think I might try to bake a cake. Just to relieve the tedium.

Live long and prosper.
