Good morning Facebook chums
Monday, I think.
"Yesterday" Tricia woke up asking what day it was. Usually I rely on her for that type of information. Under normal circumstances "In My Life" I'm the one asking what day it is. When I'm not furloughed I work a four on four off rota. That means start work every 8th day. Apparently this was not uncommon in the early 60s. There was even a song written about it. The B-side of which was "I Don't Want to Spoil the Party". Now that's not likely to happen "Any Time at All".
This lockdown has put us all in a position where the only way we can get off this "The Long and Winding Road" is to "All Together Now" STAY AT HOME! If we fail to properly observe social distancing this virus will spread "Across the Universe".
We all know that in due course and I'm sure, "It Won't be Long", "We Can Work it Out". Let's hope it's soon because, in a mere 15 months, "When I'm Sixty-Four" if it's not over we'll all need "Help".
In the meantime it's just the "Two of Us" but regardless of how often I say to Tricia "I'm Happy Just To Dance With You" we could do with "Something" else. So now we take our chairs onto our drive at the front of our house for a break at 11am for our cul-de-sac coffee where we "Come Together" with our neighbours.
Anyway, like "Yesterday" I've just looked out of the window and said to myself "Good Day Sunshine" and decided it's time to get up from my "Golden Slumbers".
